What is HeimHouse?

We're a small indie comics team making original content in both traditional and vertical comic formats. We also work alongside talented voice actors to bring our comics to life with animated comic dubs. We launched our first series, Very Dense Man (now known as the Very Dense Minis) in January, 2025. Since then, we've launched a 2nd series with 2 more in the works!

Oh, but if you just literally meant what is “HeimHouse”… Well, Heim is Norwegian for house. So… We're HouseHouse. Or HomeHouse.

Why is HeimHouse?

We want to tell our stories our way. Whatever the format, genre, etc. HeimHouse is a home for creators to tell whatever stories they want to tell. And it is THEIR story. All we do is publish and promote it (and dub it.)

With that said, making comics accessible for everyone for free isn't the best business practice. If you want to support us more, you can do so for free by watching and engaging with our dubs and comics, and sharing your favorite chapters! Who is HeimHouse?

Bradly Stamper: Founder / Writer / Editor

The co-founder of HeimHouse and creator/author of Very Dense Man. He's had a passion for writing since childhood and writes everything from screenplays to RPGs. His co-founder and friend Colby roped him into coming on board, now the two are trying to create their dream comics together. As a recent college graduate, Bradley's exploring every avenue of writing he can. Don't ask him where the inspiration for Very Dense Man came from.

His current favorite ~~comic~~ sequential art series is Call of the Night.

Colby Underwood: Founder / Writer / Editor

The co-founder of HeimHouse. He is wanted in 27 states for fraud and excessive tomfoolery. Despite his calm demeanor, he's known to yell at his coworkers, and keeps talking about this inner psyche he calls the “Dark Passenger.” We've tried getting help for him, but the only treatment he'll accept is from “goth mommies.” In his brief phases of sobriety, he's the creator/author of Janitor's Log.

His current favorite comic is Absolute Batman.
